• Early bird enjoys 5% discount when booking 150 days in advance.³
• All bookings require a refundable damages deposit at the point of booking of US$2,000 per booking. For larger or extended bookings, this amount may be increased. Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• Occupancy is based on 2 adults per room. Children above 12 years old are considered adults.
• Peak rates apply to all major holiday periods. Please enquire if unsure.
• Details on payment instructions will be made once confirmation on dates are received.

³Does not apply to Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Chinese New Year (2 days before, 7 days after) and Thai Loy Krathong Week.

Payment

• "Bodhissara Estates" is the name of the property located at 107 Moo 9, Tambon Mae Faek, Amphur Sansai, Chiangmai, Thailand. It is operated by The Rain Forest Property Co Pte Ltd established in 2003. For your protection against fraud, we recommend payments by telegraphic transfer to our direct account. You may also pay online via Paypal but charges levied by Paypal to us, shall be charged to your account. Payments are never made to any other accounts other than The Rain Forest Property Co Pte Ltd. You should receive a Booking Voucher for all confirmed bookings.
